•  Our Breeding

We run an amateur breeding farm. We only breed RED poodle. Our dogs are TOY or DWARF/MINIATURE size. Puppies availability varies according to the season. We deliver our puppies only personally, so any other way is out of question.

•  These are the steps which lead to the delivery of a puppy

Matings only take place between dogs of the same size as stated by the breed standard. Before mating, dogs have to be genetically evaluated, in order to rule out the possibility of illness (PRA test for hereditary eye disease) or blood relation. Females get an x-ray and ultrasound exam during their pregnancy. They are fed following a healthy diet rich in vitamins and minerals. The birth, which occurs in the house, and the first week of life is followed and controlled 24 hours a day. Puppies live with our family to get them used to the presence of humans. As far as prophylactic point of view, puppies are given three different series of de-worming and a complete series of vaccine. Every birth is regularly reported to ENCI (Ente Nazionale Cinofila Italiana). Every puppy will get its pedigree, stating his genealogy, together with its microchip. During their growth puppies are controlled by the vet al least twice. They are delivered not earlier then 75/90 days from the date of birth. At the end of this period your puppy will be ready to share with you wonderful moments; you will be able to take care of one of these lovely and intelligent dogs.

•  Why you should be careful where you buy your puppy

On the market you can often find puppies at a very low price, but they don’t offer you any guarantee about the breeding farm, the tests and vaccination. If you buy a low-cost puppy you might have a sick dog and high-cost medical expenses to cure disease, which haven’t been taken into account before birth.
